Born in London to a photographer father and ballet dancer mother, Martha Haversham combines surreal, small-scale collage/assemblage with still life ‘rejectamenta’ photography. Martha has developed her distinctive ‘trashion’ Smallditch style; recycling high-worth detritus to ‘dress the imagination’ since 2018.
Her numerous commissions include M le Monde, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Stella McCartney, Lulu Guinness and Nike.
She lives in Essex with a coastal studio near Jaywick, Clacton-on-Sea where she finds the majority of her collections on the streets and glorious, light-filled beaches.
