The Clacton-on-Sea Collection
The atelier was built in 1964 as a modernist holiday chalet and forms part of a friendly enclave. It is tucked away beneath the sea wall and a short stroll from Jaywick Sands, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. As a contemporary artist, my studio location is home to both extremes of weather and politics. The fabric of our society is washed-up and dropped into my path for me to transform into something... else.
