Returns

All artworks are made-to-order and cannot be returned.  However, if your artwork has arrived damaged in transit, please email sales@smallditch.com with a photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging and we'll make it right. Damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days.

​Couture

​

All limited edition prints are send direct from the artist's studio in Essex, United Kingdom.

Signed, limited edition prints are sent rolled in heavyweight postal tubes (or flat depending on size) with a hand-signed label.

Each print is wrapped in acid free tissue paper. 

 

Shipping

Couture prints are sent with complimentary shipping. Unfortunately we cannot ship any couture pieces into the EU or NI due to new EU GPSR rules and Brexit.

In exceptional circumstances artwork can be hand-delivered and advice given on hanging options

Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.​​​​​​​​​
